Parish Pastoral Committe
The PPC is a consultative, planning body which investigates, refelcts and reaches conclusions about pastoral matters with the objective to foster and enhance, in the light if the gospel mesage, the quality of community life within the parish and make recommendations on such to the parish Priest and the local Bishop.
The PPC or Parish Pastoral Council is elected every three years by democratic process to assist the parish priest with the pastoral development of the community. Any registered parishioner is eligible to be elected and serve on the PPC. The PFC or parish finance council is selected by the parish priest to assist with the upkeep of the parish goods. They also serve a three year term in office and should possess skills and abilities to help with parish finances, fundraising, maintenance etc.
